Defroster Ducts

Yesterday the MoPar Deluxe Heater arrived for the 46 PW to replace the off brand unit. It's clear from the holes in the firewall the off brand wasn't the only heater ever installed in the truck, so I'm replacing it with a correct MoPar unit. It's Delux unit, unlike the Model 61 I have in the 49 PW.

The new heater has the defroster ducts, so does anyone have designs, pictures, etc... of how the defroster to cab duct looks or is designed? I'll need to aquire or fab them so I can connect the new heater to them.

Any one else with a Deluxe model in their Power Wagon?
