Sorry, I don't. I put my last big rig starter button in the trolley at the end of the season. It wasn't the mil-spec kind, but something like that would work for you if you don't mind cutting the wires and putting civilian ends on them. See the link for a picture of what seems to be the generic kind. I think they're rated at 50 amps or so -- pretty beefy inside. I've found all sorts of them, mil-spec and civilian, in M35s so I think that at least towards the end, the motor pool guys didn't really care so long as it was a switch.

If I remember right, the M35 has a big relay between the starter button and the starter solenoid itself, like a pumped up version of the standard old Ford starter system, so the button doesn't actually handle all that much current. The button closes the big relay, which in turn powers the starter solenoid, which then connects the starter motor to the battery in the usual fashion. On one of my trucks, I have trouble with that intermediate solenoid/relay sometimes not working. After a few tries, it will engage. One of these days it's going to quit on me completely, I expect, and I'll have to jam a screwdriver across the starter terminals to get the truck started. Are you sure that's not your problem? Have you tried jumpering the wires at the starter switch? Is that what you're referring to?

You might try taking yours apart, if it will come apart, and cleaning it. Sometimes they just get a lot of gunk in them.
