Hi
If the truck still starts, start it in neutral, to warm it up, shut it off put in in 1st gear and start it up. You will be moving as it starts, now you can push on the clutch while also presing the brake pedal to use your wegine torque to free it up. if you need to stop, shot the truck off.
I have done this a few time with jeeps and dodges and have had good luck
