Dan, that is a stock bumper from an IH Scout. I had three of the stock bumpers for the truck but not a one was usable. These originals were quite flimsy. So, I had the Scout one laying around and it fit over the ends of the frame rails(frame is a flat top style but tapered down to about half it's height at the front), just had to drill a few holes in the Scout bumper and bingo, I had a decent temporary front bumper.
