That's fairly unusual IH running gear. Indeed the FA50 front axle and the RA20 rear with a hub for a single would've come from under an A140 or B140. The 160s all had dual rear as did many of the 140s. I owned this 1960 B140 a few years back. 1960 was the last year of manufacture for the 140.
