Thats a International M5-6. There is one here in town with a crane on the back in about the same condition or worse. Those will have Thornton Locking differentials in the back tandems. That is actually the open cab version of the truck I lusted after for a long time that was on the east coast. A Short WB 6x6 closed cab with dump and winch. Love those Tires also!!!
