I sold an item on ebay that was local pickup only. The guy paid through Paypal. I told him to call before coming by to make sure I'm home. He came by without calling and while I was at work. Then he demanded his money back. I told him the item was still his and he could come get it or I would meet him half way. He filed a complaint with paypal and they gave him his money back. Then he left me a negative feedback on ebay. To get my listing fee’s back I had to file a non-paying bidder compliant with ebay. They gave me my fee’s back, but refused to remove the negative feedback against me. Of course sellers can’t leave negative feed backs any more.
