You will need to find a 1994-2000, 360 Bell House adapter to NV-4500 in those years. I once had one. The transmission used with that adapter is the NV-4500 with a 23 spline output (4x4 version). I am not sure that the NV-4500hd as used with the V10 and B5.9 will fit that BH. The Gas versions of NP-205 as used by Dodge will have a 23 spine input shaft. You will also need to buy a 23 spline drive coupling to mate the Transmission out to T Case in. I dont know about the overall length. It would be a nice combination in our old iron. If your thinking of using a divorced T Case, The long tail shaft on the 2 wheel drive NV-4500 will require you to move the T Case back quite a ways to have room for the intermediate propeller shaft. Then the drive shaft angle gets steep. NV-4500's have a PTO port right and left side.
