If your using the Dodge Saginaw Reverse Rotation, your stock pitman arm should slide right on. My Power Wagon Wm300 and Carryall both have Dodge Saginaw RR boxes with stock pitman arms. If your using the GM Saginaw Reverse Rotation, your stock arm will not fit. The Taper on the GM box is different. My M37 has a GM Saginaw reverse rotation and I ended up using a 66 caddy pitman arm
