I agree when it comes down to the nitty gritty I would rather have a WC or PW or M37 than a brand new rig. one good example of why is in 1994 or so I went on a ski trip to Big Mountain Montana. It was 39 below Fahrenheit, 79 below with wind chill. I saw the resort guys driving around doing all the vehicle rescue and resort duties in a couple nicely painted Orange M37s with chains all around. in the maintenance area parking lot was 5, 1 year old Orange Chevy 1 ton dually 4x4s with about 2 feet of snow piled on everyone of them. after few days of driving by these unused chevies I went up to one of the guys driving an M37 and asked "Why do you guys drive the M37s instead of the comfy brand new trucks?" His reply just before jumping into the M and driving away was "they wont start" Enough said.....
