Hi Mark
I drive a 2008 peterbilt.we get the same problem when they sit to long.
When the temps reach 20 or less we put anti gel in the fuel.Geled fuel will cause what you describe as the others here have said.
I'd do as paul said and double up on the anti gel and also the 911 till it clears up then and treat the fuel each tank full on a regular basis when cold.
also as suggested change the filter
