I installed one on my 59 W200 this summer. Very easy to follow instructions with the sleeve. I placed the sleeve on a light bulb for a few minutes which expands it to make it a simple slide on process. I got mine at Napa. This was my first Speedi sleeve and it was a very simple inexpensive fix compared to the alternative.
