While I have seen timer relays are you sure this is one? All the Dodge vehicles I have worked with the relay is standard and the ECM handles the disable.
Not doubting it could be, just seems like they wouldn't spend the extra 5 cents for a delay relay when they could do the same with a line of code in the ECM.
