Our Idaho weather (warm days and cold nights) causes lots of condensation problems in hydraulic lines and tanks. Keeping the reservoirs full will help. But you probably know all that. You will probably have to heat everything to de-ice the hydraulic oil. A small propane torch works to some degree, but who knows where or how much ice you are dealing with. How about one of those magnetic oil pan heaters on the tank and wrap a tarp around it? JH
