Paul, the "Mighty Mo", on whose deck the Japanese surrendered, is permanently moored less than a mile from where the Arizona sits on the bottom at Pearl. A tour guide standing on the spot where the surrender was signed points out over her bow toward the resting Arizona. Over there is where they started it, right here is where the Greatest Generation ended it in Tokyo Bay.
Sadly, we live in a nation that has forgotten, especially the top leadership.
