Thanks ccsammy. Again, what's to lose? I'll give it a try. Your response is well received. I am not a metallurgist, but am fairly meticulous when it comes to doing things right with metal. Each bend, break or tweak is an opportunity to learn more about iron, steel, CI, DI, carbon content, etc. Self taught welder, fabricator and basic machinist. I love and respect old machinery.
