my axle sits in front of my engine. very close though. they top loader diff is the main reason rockwelled trucks are tall. with so creativity you can get them down lower. we built a durango on rocks with 42's and it only sat 6" higher than stock. takes alot of head scratching though, and we had to four link the front and rear to acheive it.rockwells are for the poor man. if money is no object you cant beat a pair of steering 14 bolts.
