I am familiar those numbers on a head have owned a few 40s,50's mopars but the only numbers I see on the head is on a tag that I just posted, I have a spare 230 from 59 pw that has a similar tag on the head but different numbers I forget what they are right now but they a 2 digit numbers something like 17-19 but that engine has a 1959 casting date and a engine number on it. This is just a strange set of numbers. The engine has evidently been rebuilt or worked on recently as it is in good condition. No sludge that I could feel in pan.
Going back to the 1st photo and post those numbers and the part # you corrected are the only numbers on the left side where I would usually find a casting date.
Maybe after-market rebuilders block ? I have posted this on a few other forums and no real answers so I guess it will remain a mystery engine.
