OT Powder Coating

I have read that some of you guys have powder coat wheels and such on your Power Wagons.
My wife has an old cast iron sink in the kithcen that she wants to keep but it has chips in the enamel.
Is it a candidate for powder coating? Will all the enamel have to be sand blasted off for the powder coat to adhere properly?

Can really make some brownie points if I get that sink looking like new. Brownie points = more stuff for my trucks.
