Dan, I finally made it out to the truck and pulled the manifold, It dumps closer to cylinder four than the center, it has a four bolt flange for the exhaust pipe, one corner is broken off, no other cracks visible. Let me know if you can use it or need pics, my e-mail is mike01_69@msn.com Mike
