No dave I rebuilt it about 4-5 years ago when I first started putting the truck back together in fact I put the t-case on while the cab was off with a small tractor bucket that was a piece of cake. Now I'm not looking forward to take that awful heavy thing down off the truck. I'll start it this weekend. I'm going to try and put the rear end up on jack stands and run the gears to see where the noise is realy coming from and isolate what part of the t-case it's coming from. Any other ideas out there?
