1957. The FH6 2wd trucks got a rams head badge on the front of the hood until 1956, but in 1957 the C series COE trucks still used the Rams head. Prior to that from at least 1939 (I know it went much further back, just don't know the exact start) to 1956 there was an option to have a RAM on your truck. From 1957 to 1980 I don't know of any RAM badges. The 1981 Power Ram was the next to have a Ram that I can think of. I think that was the start of the Ram hood ornament again. 1981-2009 Ram was a big deal in ads. 2010 and up it will all change it looks like.
