I'm 99% sure this is from the same guy who's pushing a lot of "free energy" garbage on the Internet. Click on the link and you get to a website that's basically a bunch of fake testimonials and an add for you to buy a book on how to build the magic "magniwork" machine. The site and the pitch look just like the power4home scam. The guy likes to register websites with the number "4" in the middle of the name, which pitch a book full of information that's of little value. He promotes them as being plans to build the various things but they aren't. He also claims to offer a guarantee and help, which he doesn't really do. A bit of googling will turn up lots of complaints about people who got ripped off sending away for his free energy books.
