Yeah, i doubt the intake would be any issue, unless it got too close to the firewall (brake booster space).
But the exhaust would need something fancy, but you'd probably have to have them made custom, or import a set from aussie-land to match the heads...
It might not be that big of a deal, i just wish i could find a manual for the Hemi-6 online or on ebay, that would answer alot of the parts/swap questions.
