thanks for the option, i was thinking of the overseas container with the wood floor. Was also going to install two 8' roll up doors along the side and a 3'x3'window. shop area will have 2 roof vents, three 4' lights. office will have ac/heat . I will be entering and exiting the unit often so stairs may be an issue.i'm in so california.
