OT portable shop ideas overseas container?

Hey guys lots of knowledge here so I need some ideas. I would like to set up a portable office/ machine shop, was thinking about using an overseas container 8x40.(10' office,30' shop)Anybody use one? Will house a lathe, mill, bandsaw and any support equipment, grinder, cabinets etc. max possible size at location is 10"x 40" so i'm open to ideas. budget is under 12k. This will be relocated in 24 months so it must be portable.
