Copey, you are right (as usual) the Cummins mentioned is very limited in Oz, but the others a lot more common. You can get a high speed asian diesel (natural or turbo) with overdrive 5 or 6 speed reasonably cheap here. Can also get the 4x4 versions. Most are COE design, but if you were to put a PW body on one, you could have all the late brakes, overdrive, turbo, power steer and still have it looking good, or just use the mechanicals as a swap. Guess price would be around the same as what you guys have to pay for a cummins conversion. Just shows you have to keep an open mind on all these things.
