I'd gladly loan you my mother in law for keeps, but at the minimum you'd be mad that you need a new fender.
When you take the rim off and peer around a bit, you'll see the vertical and horizontal adjusting screws. If they won't turn, you will need to remove the headlight lamp and support which is screwed to the whole bucket. Clean the grounging point from the headlight wires to the bucket. Mine were crudded up with rust.
You'll figger it out. As typical, a 5 minute job will turn into a 3 hour one.
