I have a set of the SuperWinch hubs on my 1949 B1-PW and have used them to the max without any problems. They do have some plastic in them, but seem to stand up to hard going quite well. In really rough going, you would be better off to have your original full time hub ends along to use if you blow out one of the locking hubs. The Selectro's are really good looking, and those are the ones that I would put on truck if I have to get another set. Happy trails.
