I went to the Flikr site, and clicked on the small picture of the flatbed, so it enlarged in the middle of the page.

I right-clicked, and selected "Copy image location" , I use Firefox.

Then I pasted http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3640/3979371260_f976ff61da.jpg in the box under Optional Image Link.
