A number of details make that cab likely to be a 2wd

Of course things get changed over the years, so it is hard to say without better pictures what it was originally. But given that the rear fenders look home made (I don't see the bead on the edge), the VIN number looks to be from a 2wd, there is a door tag on the door pillar instead of the glove box door, there is a windshield crank hole, closed cabs were never winch trucks, etc I think it is some sort of truck made up of parts.
