Biggest difference is the distance of the sheetmetal under the door. Power Wagon is small while the civilian is taller like the military cabs. Floor is a little different along with the cowl. Radiator support brackets on the cab are angled different as well. 1939 civy have a different style door latch so cab and doors from that yera are loads of work to mix and match. I'm sure other will chime in.
