Randy:

They civilian wipers (Bosch) will fit. The civilian and PW cabs are basically the same. PWs did come with electric wipers. Not many but they were available. I have see 1 or 2 trucks with factory wipers.

If you have a set of civilian wipers they should bolt right in (you will have to slightly enlarge the hole in the cab that they mount to). Dodge used a standard Bosch wiper with their own mounting plates. Several people including PW John adapt the standard Bosch wiper motor to fit the Dodge truck. They make the angled spacers both inside and outside the cab sheet metal. Actual Dodge wipers with the spaces are very rare but can be found. PW John has lots of parts and can generally repair your wiper if needed.

There are several variations to the Bosch wipers. They all have the same case size and the same motor and gear design. I have 6, 12 and 24 volt versions. Other differences are output shaft length, sweep angle and electrical connections. Dodge, if I am correct started with a 100 degree sweep angle but later moved to a 110 degree sweep (the case is often stamped with sweep angle). The output shaft is basically the same for all versions except for length. If you are good you can take a long version and cut the shaft on the gear end then redrill the small hole in it that hold the locking pin. You can even shorten the output shaft case. You will need to move the output shaft bushing in doing this. The sweep angle is controlled by the gearing on front cover of the wiper. This can also be changed by selecting the correct gear (the position of the eccentric gear on the output gear determines the angle). The motors are all very similar. The difference between voltages is the winding of the motor. Some wipers are case grounded to the truck and others have a ground post to connect a wire to. The cases can vary also. Some are vented and others are not. All the vented ones that I have seen are usually filled with insect debris and have more rust inside.
