318 Poly Oil Cannister

I have a 318 Poly engine that has the cartridge type oil filter. I believe once awhile back someone on here posted about converting the cannister to a spin-on type oil filter. Can anyone help me out on parts numbers or adapters needed for the conversion? Thanks
