ok, nothing to get to concerned about, you out of time between pump and dist.. Assuming the cam and crank are timed correctly, rotate the engine until you feel compression building in the number 1 cylinder either using a finger or spark plug with one full turn or enough till you hear air passing out. Continue rotating till you are TDC using cranshaft pully and cam cover pointer.

Check the position of the rotor and distributor lock. If lock screw is not in center of lock slot and rotor not in the 7 o'clock position, then you need to pull the oil pump and time it.

Pull the pump and time the shaft slot to the left side of the out oil passage of the pump. Take out distributor, install pump temporarily to check position of dist. rotor. Re-install dist. and if the rotor is not pointing at the 7 o'clock position with screw in center of lock slot, take out pump and turn shaft slot 1/8th turn and repeat above steps until everthing is correct. Time dist. at 2 degrees BTDC.
