They always make out, no matter what happens. Is it no wonder that most politicians are lawyers?
In this case I did not mind if the lawyer made money, as #1 Continental needed to be held responsible for a crappy product, and #2 I got at least some of the money back it cost me to replace them.
BTW, the new tires are not Continentals ;)
