You might ask the guy that has the diesel conversion in the photo ads to make a measurement for you. He has 11's on there. He has the same bed I used to have until I put a dump unit on w/ a heavier duty frame for the bed. The bed on that one was a nice light duty one mounted on 8 square tube mounts. I stuck with the same measurements, but I have the stock fenders under the stake bed so I don't have to screw with mud flaps, & it really keeps the overall look of the truck intact

I have pictures of lots of details of the old bed that I used for reference when I built the new bed since I was real particular about the finished height. The underside of the fender is 43.5 from the ground and 7.5" from the top of the tire. Frame to the bottom of the bed is 14.75", and but I'm running 9's instead of 11's. The 9's are 36", so I reckon you need to add 1.5" to the 14.75. That's pretty high of the frame, so you'll need some serious bracing on the angles or any lateral force under a load, and it'll fold on you.

From a strict cosmetic perspective, I can tell you it might look a little goofy that high up with all that air under it too... That is if you mount it on 8 square tube struts. I'm on horizontal steel with the dump on there now, and it looks quite a bit better filled in, not to mention stronger.
