Thats roughly what I pay for tubes and flaps from Universal tire. Ten bucks is good for mounting, my tire shop breaks my old tires down for 8 bucks a wheel. I take them home, blast and paint, then return with new tires, tubes and flaps....again 8 bucks per wheel to mount and balance.
