The output shaft can be mounted on either front or back on this PTO. It seems to be a very early version of the Chelsea 352. My NP540 has spur gear on the driver's side and helical on the passenger side.
I have only seen one other Rockwell PTO for the rear of our transfer cases. It was on ebay.
I'll look for the truck.
