I don't have to push the seat ALLL the way back...

I did look around at other extended cabs while walking the dog. Many are wider than mine, which is seven inches.Plus seats slide back, and recline. I even watched a neighbor drive his Volvo wagon-- eye rearward of the pillar. So far as blind spot, my eye used to at about the back edge of the side window, now it is at the front edge of the rear window. Maybe I'll put a small spot mirrir behind the door? Motorcycle, short arm? Too cute?

But I can still turn my head, and lean forward, plus now look out towards the rear quarter.

My body creases are lined up even better than the factory, they used to be 1/4" too high on the body compared to the door. I adjusted that downward with a dull cold chisel and a 4# sledge. The, when I added the door skins, I lined them up to the crease fore and aft, then cut the panels to fit the holes.
