I know they're not orings but you were talking about using neoprene as a seal so I thought mybe a big Oring might work rather than square rubber strips. Oring material comes in large diameter. Maybe 3/8 diameter and 17inches long or whatever it works out to. Or mybe I'm out of my head. Just thinking. Hurts my head sometimes. Ha.
