Yes you always get your hose out before you use it...= )
Most of the hoses that are hung in cabinets like an accordion, turn out to be rotted at each bend. They make a great drip system but I've never seen one used for fighting a fire. (I've installed hundreds) but firemen usually play with their own hose.....
