My transfer case should be an interesting experiment then. I used the Eastwood kit on the bearing supports and mounting brackets but the case was too big for me to blast so I had it blasted and powder coated professionally.

The pro job is really heavy compared to my stuff. Probably a good 1/16" thick vice a paint like thickness for the parts I've done.

It will be interesting to see how the different parts hold up in service.

I will agree it's much easier to prep, powder coat, and clean up from powder than a paint system, and it does look nice when done.
