Wow. I hadn't thought about that for a long time. One of my uncles, who lived in Albuquerque, NM, used to have an old sedan, back in the 50s, Buick, I think, with one of those on the rear passenger side window. I think it would be rather cumbersome for a Power Wagon, due to only having 2 doors. If I remember correctly, it was nearly impossible to open the door that held the unit.
