responsibility. make it an individual grab and the industry will beat the shit out of itself trying to get your business. ever think cell phones, car insurance etc would be so cheap compared to 20 years ago. as an employer, i do not like having to do the government's job of collecting and submitting an employees tax. i do not get paid to do it, but i get in the soup if i do it wrong. make healthcare 100% tax deductible from income and provide a subsidy for those who truly cant afford it. there has to be a better way. i'd love portable, personal health care based on fair consumer driven competition.
