Using the formula from a Dodge Sales Information book, I get 3286 rpm at 65mph with 4.89:1 gearing and NDTs with 16.25 inch rolling radius. So, for an engine governed at 3200 rpm, and with new NDT tires having 16.25 inch rolling radius (this is the rolling radius as measured from my NOS Mohawks as mounted on my unloaded WDX)an expectation of 65 mph is stretching it only a little.

I get 3918 rpm with 5.83 gearing and everything else remaining the same.

20.8 inches of rolling radius gives me 81 mph with 4.89 gearing and an engine rpm of 3200. YIKES!
