Carter DTE-2 fuel pressure

What is the required fuel pressure for a Carter DTE-2 single barrel carb and what is the max PSI? Also,I hope I set the float correct.3/32nd inch below the top of the bowl rail using that cheap mini-square ruler thingy in the Napa kit.
