computers off the road. virtually all of the new cars have black boxes that provide more info than you'd care to reveal. when they get smart to the fact that higher mpg causes lower taxes on fuel, the govt will begin to charge highway tax per mile. the new computers will allow a plug in tell all at your annual safety check. keep one non computerized pre clunker around!!!
