After seeing "Cars" on TV, my brother-in-law and I rushed out and bought the DVD and played it again and again.

This is a great movie for us car nuts who were really getting in to cars back in the early fifties. Yeah, I'm talking about the days when Hudsons ruled stock car racing and Lincolns were winning the Mexican Road Race. The Mobil Economy Run saw the average family sedan getting three times the usual mileage. And what one of us guys did not compete in the Teen Age Driving Rodeo at the local level and dream of getting up to at least one more level.

My brother-in-law owns a nicely restored Rosengart - one of very few in America.

The movie Tow Mater was a '55 or '56 Chevrolet, possibly a ton and a half based on the duallies and larger rims and tires.

Sorry, I have to stop now and go play some good music on my 45 rpm player.
