No, the M37 fenders are too narrow. Although those do have the horizontal flange needed to bolt to the 1st series bed. Holes probably don't line up, nothing a drill can't fix. You'd have to add material to gain proper width, like Paul's pics show. And I don't know about radius, but if the M37 radius matches the 2nd and 3rd radius that Paul mentions, then maybe it's the matches the 1st series also?
